he AD-HS-1063 (also known as the ADNet 1×8 HDMI Splitter) is an industrial-grade distribution amplifier. It allows you to take a single HDMI input—such as a media player, PC, or satellite box—and mirror it across eight separate HDMI displays simultaneously.
It is the higher-capacity version of the AD-HS-1061 (1×4) and is specifically designed for environments where a large number of synchronized screens are required.

Key Features
-
Signal Stabilization: Includes built-in automatic equalization and signal amplification, ensuring that the video remains crisp across all 8 outputs even with longer cable runs (up to 15 meters).
-
Plug & Play: No software installation required; the hardware handles all handshaking between the source and the monitors.
-
HDCP Compliance: Supports HDCP 1.4, allowing you to stream protected content (like Blu-ray or streaming apps) to multiple screens without “blackout” errors.
-
Metal Chassis: Designed with a heavy-duty metal housing for efficient heat dissipation, making it suitable for 24/7 operation in commercial settings.
-
Cascading Support: Multiple units can be “daisy-chained” together if you need to support more than 8 screens (e.g., connecting one output to a second 1×8 splitter).
Important Usage Tips
-
Mirroring Only: Just like the 4-port version, this device duplicates the image. It does not allow you to extend your desktop to 8 different independent windows.
-
Resolution Balancing: If your displays have different native resolutions (e.g., seven 4K TVs and one 1080p monitor), the splitter will typically downscale the signal to 1080p for all screens to ensure everyone gets a picture.
-
Cable Quality: For 4K signals, it is highly recommended to use AWG26 HDMI 1.4 (or higher) cables. For distances over 10 meters, high-quality shielded cables are necessary to prevent flickering.
