1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Bulk orders may take longer, and we will notify you of the expected timeline upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates Delivery:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring the safe delivery of our products

• Domestic delivery (within India): Typically takes 5-6 business days.
• International delivery: Currently, we are not shipping internationally

3. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the shipping provider’s website

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only.
• We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order and/or successful payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on the location, courier company norms, and service availability.

Delivery Timeline & Responsibility:

• Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
• Delivery confirmations, order tracking details, and related communication will be sent to your registered email ID.
• The Platform Owner (AD Net Computronics India Pvt Ltd) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier agencies or postal services.
• In case of force majeure, public holidays, or unforeseen logistic challenges, delays may occur, for which we shall not be held responsible.

Shipping Charges:

• Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed at the time of checkout for bulk orders and retail orders accordingly. Contact us for more clarity.
• In case of a bulk order, shipping charges may be shared separately according to your logistics preferences
• Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, even in the event of order cancellation, return, or refund, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment & Security:

• We accept payments through PhonePe Payment Gateway, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• All transactions processed through PhonePe are secure and encrypted. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues:

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
• Orders returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts will either be cancelled or re-shipped at the buyer’s cost, as per the company’s discretion.
